The Beaverkill Valley Inn is a hidden treasure with 19 guest rooms, cozy parlors with roaring fireplaces, a well-stocked bar, an indoor pool and basketball court, game room and 24-hour self-service, old-fashioned ice cream parlor. What!? YES.
Nowhere welcomes couples and families better with plenty of room to roam. In the winter, pick out your own cross-country ski gear or skates for a round of pond hockey or a shoosh along miles of groomed trails. In the summer, hike, bike and fish in the inn’s private mile along the famed Beaverkill River. Located across the road from the Wulff Fly Fishing School, it’s a mecca for anglers and is the perfect spot for a retreat, reunion or wedding. Fall leaf peeping has never had a better spot … especially as you are welcomed back inside by afternoon tea and cookies.
To me, this is a home away from home. A place to unwind and relax and to try your hand at every outdoor pursuit — or just read a book on the porch or by the fire.

P.S. Sometimes the inn is listed as Livingston Manor because it's nearby, but the closest hamlet is Lew Beach ... just FYI.
