For pasta, crackers or as a gift for the host(ess) with the mostest
Well, the only downside to this recipe is that everyone must eat it. It's strong and you will not want to be the only one with garlic breath. OK? That said, you won't regret it if you're the only one. Not for a minute.

Ingredients:
12 garlic scapes, trimmed
1/3 cup almonds, roasted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
Sea salt (I like Maldon's)
I follow this loosely and it always works out. ;)
Instructions:
Some people trim the flower buds off the scapes. I don't. I just remove any woody part of the end, roughly chop, and add all of the ingredients to the food processor. It's best to pulse it so you don't end up with a paste. And please add olive oil as needed for the consistency you like. Plus salt. It's so easy and so good.
Special thanks: My friend Erika visited with her family. She presented me with this as a hostess gift and it forever cemented her in the Guest Hall of Fame! Thanks E! xo
Preferred uses: It's a stunning gift in a cute jar. I have never used this for pasta. Mainly because it has never made it past the crackers, it's just that good.
